As a Director, your attendance at all Board meetings is required (monthly or as determined by the President). Most meetings occur virtually, on the second Tuesday evening of each month; however, it may be necessary to meet more often. Should current conditions change, we may return to in-person meetings. The location of the meeting would be determined when the meeting is scheduled.
Dallas Chapter Board of Directors are required to attend each monthly luncheon meeting, however there are no meetings held in January.
Budget planning meetings are a two-day event held in January each year. All Directors are required to attend. Generally, elections occur prior to the budget meeting to allow out-going and in-coming board members to be present.
